How the Kilvon alarm works

  1. The sensor clipped low on the front edge of a pair of kids' underwear Clip it on at bedtimeThe small sensor clips onto your child's underwear
  2. A small damp patch on a child's bed sheet It feels the first dropsNo waiting until the bed is soaked
  3. The Kilvon alarm on a bedside table Your child wakes upSound and vibration wake them, so they can finish in the bathroom

At first, you walk your child to the bathroom. Night after night, they learn to wake up on their own.

Brain to Bladder Connection

It's not your child's fault, and it's not laziness.

At night, your child's bladder fills, but their brain doesn't wake them up in time.

The Kilvon alarm helps bridge that gap. When moisture is detected, the alarm goes off, waking the brain so it can respond.

Over time, this repeated connection helps train the body to recognize bladder signals earlier, building a stronger nighttime response and supporting dry nights.

Cartoon: the bladder shouts 'Hey! Wake up! I'm full!' but the sleeping brain doesn't hear it

Is your child a deep sleeper?

The bladder fills and sends its signal, and a child in deep sleep doesn't wake up for it.

The deeper the sleep, the harder it is for the signal to break through.

That's why the usual fixes don't work:

  • Cartoon: a child asleep under a duvet with a pack of pull-ups by the bed Pull-upsKeep the bed dry, but don't teach the brain to wake up.
  • Cartoon: a child in pyjamas with a nearly empty glass as the water jug is moved away Limiting drinksDoesn't train the brain at all.
  • Cartoon: a parent waking a sleeping child at 1 o'clock at night Waking your child up yourselfMeans you lose sleep guessing the hour, and the bed is often wet anyway.

To see progress, your child's brain needs a trigger, something that wakes them up at the exact moment they start to pee.

That's what the alarm does. Sound and vibration go off together, made for deep sleepers.

Sound
Vibration

In the first nights, many deep sleepers sleep through it. That's normal. You hear it, walk them to the bathroom, and night after night they learn to wake to it.

Bedwetting is stealing your child's best years, one sleepover at a time.

It's not just the wet sheets. It's the birthday party they sat out. The sleepaway camp you said no to. The friend's house they stopped asking about.

Bedwetting doesn't just affect nights. It starts to shrink your child's world.

It doesn't have to stay this way.

The Kilvon alarm trains your child's brain to recognize bladder signals. No medicine, no complicated routines. Just a small sensor that does the work while they sleep, building the brain-to-bladder connection that leads to dry nights.

Inexpensive, effective way to address nighttime bed wetting

Jack TaylorJune 14, 2025

Easy to use, relatively reliable, cost effective nighttime bed wetting sensor. Every now and then, sweat will cause a "false alarm" or if the child isn't fully dry after bathing, but both are negligible issues. The sensor part that attaches to underwear has snapped off on one of them, but honestly, for the cost and the wear and tear on the plastic, I don't fault the product. It really does do its job. I bought two so if one battery runs low I just put it in the charger and pull out the other one and rotate them. But the battery lasts a pretty long time anyway. We put the alarm component in a plastic bowl under my kid's bed so the vibration alarm rattles even louder. I like the option of using an audible alarm, a vibration alarm, or a combination. It is quite loud and that's a good thing. I have recommended this product to other parents as well. A good buy.

Works excellently, it started ringing from the first drop, my daughter didn't get up but I woke her, it's been in use for a week already. So far it works excellently. No need to charge it every time, easy to use, doesn't bother my daughter while she sleeps

Great to have!

AmberJune 12, 2025

This alarm has made a noticeable difference in my daughter’s night routine. The high sensitivity detects moisture immediately, prompting her to wake without delay. The USB-C rechargeability is a big plus—no more batteries! The loud sound combined with vibration ensures she wakes up, even if she’s deep asleep. The three modes offer versatility, and the compact design makes it comfortable for her to wear. We've seen improvements within weeks. It’s straightforward to set up and use. Overall, this alarm provides peace of mind and helps kids gain control over bedwetting. An excellent investment in their confidence and independence.

works well, wireless, I've been using it for a week now and it's still not flat. Charged it once. The child does have to learn to wake up to the beep, because bedwetters often sleep very deeply. That's why I wake him myself every time I hear the beep. I hope that way he'll soon learn to wake up on his own too

Decent Little Alarm and it's Magnetic

Tiffany BrillhartMay 28, 2025

I have a daughter that sleeps so deep, she sometimes struggles to wake herself up. So we got this hoping it would teach her. And I would say so far, it’s great. However, the only reason I give it a 4 star is it goes off at any semblance of moisture, so if her underwear has moisture it goes off, or if she doesn’t full dry herself, it sounds off. So after bath before bedtime, she gets frustrated. But other than that, it wakes her up. It comes with several options as far as vibrate, sounds, both. I really do like, and I understand why it is so sensitive to moisture, it is just super super sensitive.
