We ship to the United States.

How long it takes
Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse in China. It takes 8 to 15 days to reach you.

What it costs
Shipping to the US is free.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If you'd like an update on your order, email hello@kilvon.com with your order number.

If your order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us and we'll send a new one or refund you.

Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll fix it.
